Tyre steel wire supply
Baled steel recovered from tyre beads and belts, supplied by the load or on contract to steel mills and foundries.
Request a quote for steel wireWhat it is
Tyres contain steel in the bead wire and in the belts under the tread. Processing separates this steel from the rubber, and it is baled for sale as scrap.
The main quality factor is how much rubber stays attached. Cleaner wire is worth more to a mill, so contamination limits belong in the supply terms.

Questions
Does every mill accept tyre wire?
No. Mills set their own limits on rubber and other contamination. Give us your mill's specification and we quote against it.
What volumes are realistic?
Steel is a smaller share of a tyre by weight than rubber, so volumes depend on processing capacity. Tell us the tonnage you need and we confirm what can be supplied.
